How do I choose a Realtor®?
We want to make sure you find an agent you are comfortable with. Start by reading the agents’ bios here on our website. Stephens has lots of different people on our team to help you buy or sell a home. Having trouble choosing? Talk to one of our owners, Pat or Chris. They can help you find the agent who’s the right match for you. Or you are welcome to contact an agent directly and talk to them about what you want to do and how they can help.
What is the difference in a Realtor® and a real estate agent?
All Realtors® are real estate agents, while not all real estate agents are Realtors®. Realtors® are held to a higher standard of ethics and training. We are members of the National, State, and Local Associations of Realtors®.
How should I price my home?
It is important to get a professional Realtor® to work with you to get the best price for your house. The Stephens Team will work with you to arrive at a pricing strategy for your home based on your home’s condition, a current market analysis, and current buying trends.
Do I update my home before listing?
The answer is - sometimes! Working with a Realtor® is the best way to figure out what you should or shouldn’t do to get your house ready to sell. Your Stephens agent will make suggestions based on the home’s condition, current market value and the expectations of buyers.
